The gymnasium provides an array of world class cardio and strength equipments to take overall fitness care of trainees during their stay in campus.

Yoga is considered as methodical exercise for steady control of one’s senses, which along with cessation of mental activity, leads to the supreme state of bliss and tranquillity. Yoga sessions organized for the trainees/ participants in the fresh and serene morning air provide a perfect ambience for amalgamation of the powers of body, mind and soul.
